The Challenge

The centre’s reputation rested on word of mouth and walk-ins. It had no online presence where patients, or doctors referring them, could:

See what tests were available before travelling to the centre
Find the location, opening hours and contact details easily
Book a test in advance instead of queueing on arrival
Build confidence in the facility, its equipment and its team

In a semi-urban market where patients compare centres on trust, speed and price, the lack of a credible digital front door was costing the centre referrals and first-time visits.

Our Approach

We treated the website as the centre’s front desk, open around the clock. The design goals were:

Trust first. Healthcare is a high-trust decision, so the design leads with credibility: the qualified team, modern equipment, quality-control commitments, and real patient and physician testimonials.
Clarity over clutter. Services are grouped into six clear categories so patients can quickly confirm “do they do my test?”
One clear action. “Book Test” sits in the main navigation and is repeated in high-intent sections, with the phone number shown alongside for patients who prefer to call.
Mobile-first. Most visitors arrive on phones, often on mobile data, so the layout and assets are built to load quickly on small screens.

What We Built

Homepage with a hero carousel (“Accurate Testing, Quality Care” / “We Care, God Heals”), value pillars (Accurate Results, Modern Equipment, Professional Team), a services overview, team profiles, stats counters and testimonials
About Us page telling the centre’s story and mission
Services page covering lab tests, screening packages, microbiology, pregnancy/antenatal care, imaging and specialised tests
Online Test Booking page so patients can schedule appointments ahead of their visit
Contact page with address, opening hours (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm), phone and support email
Branded identity applied throughout, using the centre’s logo and a clean clinical palette
Deployment on the centre’s own domain, with a branded email address (support@godsdelightdiagnostics.com)
Behind the scenes: Operations & Revenue Platform
Alongside the public website, we scoped an internal management system for the centre’s front desk and management team. It includes:

A price catalogue covering every service: pharmacy, full lab with blood banking, ECG, echocardiography, X-ray, mammography and ultrasound
Per-visit service registration with automatic billing totals
A complete log of work done and amounts charged
Expense tracking
Monthly revenue, expenses and net-profit reporting

This replaced manual record-keeping with real-time visibility into the centre’s finances.
